Seasonal Concession, Swanage Central Beach
Beach Hire (deckchairs, sunbeds, pedalos, kayaks etc.)
Swanage is the eastern gateway town to the Jurassic Coast and is a traditional seaside resort proud of its Victorian Heritage. The Town Council invites tenders to operate a beach hire concession from the southern section of the Main Beach. The concession will be operated under a licence for a period of five seasons from Spring 2026.
Tender forms and conditions of operation can be obtained by emailing the Town Council. All tenders must be received at the Town Hall, High Street, Swanage BH19 2NZ by 12 noon on 16th January 2026.
The Town Council reserves the right to accept or reject any tender.
