Please note that the Town Hall's Reception services are available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 4pm on Fridays. Enquiries can be made in person, by email, or by telephone as follows:

Swanage Town Hall is located in the High Street in Swanage and is home to a number of community services.
Our reception staff are very knowledgeable and can provide guidance in respect of all Town Council services, including cemeteries and allotments. They can also provide information on Dorset Council and other local community services.
Forms can be collected for concessionary bus passes, and residents’ car parking permits can be issued to those who supply their Council Tax Bills and V5 Registration Documents.

Citizens Advice East Dorset & Purbeck
Citizens Advice hold both 'drop in' and appointment sessions. In Swanage these are held at:
