Two vacancies - Join the Beach Gardens & Tea on the Green Team for Summer 2026! 
Swanage Town Council is looking for two enthusiastic, customer-focused Attendants to help create a fantastic visitor experience at Beach Gardens Sports Park.
Variable hours contract between 26th March – 1st November 2026
£12.65 per hour (Grade 2, SCP 2)
Weekend & bank holiday work required
Hours depend on weather (no guaranteed hours)
No experience? No problem — full training provided for the right candidates! If you’re reliable, positive, and enjoy working with the public, we’d love to hear from you.
