Your Council Officers

Town Clerk Dr Martin Ayres

is the Council's Chief Executive responsible for strategic management and development. Martin is also clerk to the De Moulham Trust.

 

General Operations Manager Mr Geoff Brookes

is responsible for the day to day supervision of the staff at the Town Council’s Depot. They maintain the parks, gardens and Council owned buildings and facilities. He is also responsible for the supervision of the Council’s Enforcement Officers, who patrol the car parks, which are the town’s main source of income.

 

Finance Manager Miss Alison Spencer

prepares the Council’s Final Accounts, and is responsible for reporting financial information to Council Meetings.

 

Visitor Services Manager and Business Development Officer Mr Culvin Milmer

is responsible for the management of the Tourist Information Centre and the business assets maintained within the Visitor Services Department of the Town Council, including the Beach Gardens Sports Park, Beach Huts, and the Boat Park.
